The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the bus station and just a short distance from the city center. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The rooms are comfortable, with nice decor and cleanliness. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as a spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
Some guests have mentioned that they didn't receive the warm welcome they expected, which may have been due to their specific circumstances of traveling as a group of women.

They even went out of their way to change our room for a quieter and more restful experience. Great value for money, with comfortable, well-equipped rooms and fresh towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent attention to detail. The hotel's location inside the Medina was perfect for exploring the local area, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. As mentioned in one review, they were accommodating when we arrived early and helped us with anything we needed, including arranging food when we arrived late at night.
All was ok.
